wondering if I could use the two channels left on the 8 channel klipsch and add two in boat klipsch down low like the premium plus on the new models...is there a way to split that signal from the cockpit feed on two of the original channels and share it with the channels that are open now from the tower on the klipsch amp? thanks!

Yes, you can split that signal to add a pair of speakers down low. You’d have to create a custom splitter but I’ve made them before.

Do you by chance know the part number(s) needed to add the transom remote(aka ICE module) to the dual screen premium audio systems? Also, any pics of the harness location to tie into the Murphy syste?

I have an A link but there’s no good way to tie it into the Klipsch system. Mastercraft needs to enable the aux input in their software.

Just received the custom cables I designed in for connecting aftermarket amps to the Klipsch DSP- JL, Wetsounds, Kicker, etc. These will drop the voltage down to less than 4V if you’re using an amp that doesn’t have a high voltage input. There is one version for the tower, bow, cockpit, and helm zones. Type 2 is for the subwoofer zone. Send me a PM if interested.

Apologies for my meatheaded brain, but do those allow one to connect the Klipsch DSP > JL or any amp > any speaker or sub?

Is the blue wire the switched power signal to the amp from the DSP?

Yes, that’s exactly right. Klipsch DSP —> aftermarket amp —> speakers

Yes, it will control power to the aftermarket amp.

They drop the voltage to maximize amplifier compatibility
