I've purchased the below 2 items from Wakemakers to do a ballast upgrade one of these upcoming weekends:

Does anyone have a link to a post (here/youtube/other forum) that shows this installation in detail for a boat like mine? I have an idea of how but certainly still some gaps in my mind in the process. A post to how to remove the factory hard tanks? I've looked around but not found anything really clear with visuals included.

Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!

Not sure if this is exactly the same, but Swell did this upgrade on an 2006 X2. They had to cut them out.
