X24 rear starboard bags not emptying (where is the pump)?

So I just tied up our boat with a full ballast bag on the starboard rear side. It's a 2019 with fast-fill pumps and all the other bags and tanks seem to be working fine. We tried power cycling the boat, over-emptying, and standing on the bag to add pressure. Not only is it not draining but there is no sound when we turn it on.

The starboard side bag (which is oversized) has been filling slowly which indicates to me that the paddle wheel is messed up. My question is where is the pump for draining the rear starboard tank so I can check on the paddle wheel?

With there being no sound it may be a bad pump. Had this happen to me last weekend and they had to replace the entire pump. Luckily, they came to the lake that day with the service team to replace it.

not sure how to drain the bag when it is full if pump has failed.

You're probably right but I haven't gotten a debried on it yet. Thank you! The dealer has it fixed and did a heroic job on picking up the boat and getting it fixed fast so I'm happy.
