so here's my setup. 02 X30. hard tanks removed and replaced with a 750# bag in each locker. stock KGB bag. 3 jabsco (smaller size) pumps running off OEM manifold setup through 1 thru-hull fitting. i've got an attitude plate and the high altitude prop with the LTR. I've seen lots of X10/210 and X30/230 ballast threads, but none mention the effect if any of the attitude plate beyond helping with proposing at higher speeds.
I'm interested in your opinion for the following 3 scenarios:
1. Smallest wake possible for beginners/kids
2. Decent wake for intermediate riders
3. Surf wake
We've only been out once with the boat and found a decent low intermediate wake with the port rear about 1/3 full, KGB full and some downward trim. We haven't tried to surf yet but i just ordered a '12 inland surfer squirt that hopefully the whole family can use.
I'd love to hear your opinions about how you'd run this boat for the above scenarios including how you'd set the attitude plate. Thanks.
