I have the same issue with the timer modules and would like these reprogrammed I live in Dubai (United Arab Emirates) and would happily pay the shipping for the programmer if that is still an option. I checked on your website and couldnt see anything. Please let me know what I need to do
Thank you for the programmer it is on it's way back to you. The ballast timers now work properly for the first time in mine or the previous ownership. No more flicking switches and messing about watching blinking LEDs.
Great. I'm happy that reprogramming the timers fixed your ballast. Thanks for sending the programmer back promptly. I just shipped it off to help a few more people now.
Can’t thank you enough for the customer service and product. Timers are working great for the first time ever. It’s surprising how fast they can actually fill when not cutting on and off. I’d encourage everyone with these timers to do this. Huge return on a very small investment. Thanks.

Or are my jabsco A1 timers that previous owner installed the same thing as the ‘stock timers reprogrammed’. ? I pulled all ballasts to replace impellers and now 2 of 3 ballast pumps won’t stay on more than a few seconds.

Yeah, the stock timers probably see a higher current draw with new impellers and think that there is a pump blockage. Reprogramming will fix that.
