Why not? It may be small like the 205v's but you should be able to put at least 1500#s on a side and surf it.

Try it! Let us know how it works. Small boat weighted down to near zero freeboard, rough lake, driver inexperienced with the situation ... be careful! I expect it could be done but IMO, sounds like a recipe for a swamped boat. S1995 ProStar 190

saw this on wakeworld
Saw this on wakeworld.......Yes i agree on the gas vent too, and if we do try i want to be as safe as possible. I dont want to be the guy with 8 dudes and sacs in a ps 190 with a tower trying to wakeboard that sinks his boat. As the father of a 15 year old I know there is a way to afford ballast if you don't buy any more songs on I Tunes and don't get Rock Band. I have a 93 205 that we surf with. Here is the set up. 1200LBS in a couch in back with the seat out, 400 on starboard side and 400 in the front with any other riders on the engine or on the starboard side. Look on e bay and you can get deals. Have the driver go about 10mph and just dial it in from there.
