2012 X2 with Illmore 5.7 Temp Range

Question to the group, my 2012 X2 with Illmor 5.7 runs about 141-143 degrees at speed and will fluctuate between 139-160 when idling around the lake..... does everyone else see something similar with a very active thermostat?

Also, does anyone know what the thermostat part as well if I were to order one up and swap that out?

Found this....

Can anyone confirm they go up and down constantly between 140-170, like the thermostat constantly opens and closes or do you mean, its picks a place between 140-170 and stays there.

I assume since this is right to the can bus we see the proper numbers?
