Does it seem to idle well when it is warmed up? I am thinking that you may have a coolant temp sensor this telling the ECM that the engine is cold when it is warm. That would make the engine run rich and could cause a bog on acceleration and excessive fuel use. The other component that could cause such a symptom is the MAP sensor. I would take it to your dealer and have them hook up ther scan tool. They should be able to tell prettyeasily if either of those components is causing your problem.

IAS or the TPS also. Idle air stabilizer or throttle position switch - as stated, time to put the diagnostic to it.

All of the above - or... a clogged fuel filter
        If one day you're asked:
" How did you spend your time here on Earth?"
        Will you say:
"I kept a crabgrass free lawn"
        It's time to SKI.
