Installed glass in newly powder coated windshield frame. Drilled the mounting holes out in the frame and on the boat. Then installed windshield back on the boat with SS hardware using bolts instead of screws. Looks so much better and the windshield will no longer bounce.

Sounds like a great project! How difficult was it?
Picked up my repaired trailer after all the studs broke on one wheel hub. Very scary! I could imagine what a disaster it could have been if the entire wheel came off. I neeed an opinion. This is the original '88 trailer. I had new springs, shackles, hubs, wheels and tires installed.Reinforcements were welded to the mounting points on the frame. The trailer place said I should easily be good for 5+ years. What do you trailer experts think?
