Installed my new speakers with new speaker wire and put the plugs in where heater fittings were. Took some measurements for fresh air exhaust and muffler delete
Got the old skid pads off and cleaned the fenders...just followed someone else's suggestion of using wd40 on the glue...spray and wait 10 minutes, then scrape off with a razor blade...easy job.
Finally got around to getting the insulation installed on the doghouse...scraped all of the old glue off as in the first picture, had one side of the old insulation complete, so I peeled it off to make templates and then installed the new insulation. Now just trim and tape seems and then work on the cut outs for the cup holders and vent.

Looks awesome... WD-40 on the adhesive removal on the dog house as well?

I just used a paint scraper and a small hammer to get under the old adhesive...then just used the paint scraper to get off as much of the old adhesive and foam as I could. I did not spend more than 10 minutes on the cleanup...was gonna sand but then was like..."forget it!"
1. Using two strong magnets, tape the first one on the inside of the hull where the fittings, elbows, etc have enough clearance to assemble.
2. Go under the boat and move the magnet around until it is attracted to the one inside the boat. If location is ok on the underside as well. Mark the spot to drill. I had to go under the boat a few times to adjust locations but worked out perfect.
Can't believe someone hadn't thought of this earlier. Wakemakers mentioned it when i was buying the ballast parts and also mentioned the fact that they have a utube video online showing how to do it.

What a great simple solution to way too much impossible measuring.

Bought new prop. It was an agonizing choice - but I am a stickler for customer service.. after reading about props here and other forums and reviews. It came down to the Acme 541 3B or the OJ Force 4B... Great tech reviews on performance vs the 4B Force. But the customer service issue kept on popping every where I looked.
So I went with the OJ Force 4B which included a refurbish on my old Legend 3B.
Of course will post pictures when it arrives. The information here was stellar - the best of all the other sites I looked at. We'll see how I like it - I can always return it.

Why the 4B?
My OJ experience sucked. Except for the prop. That is awesome. But they lost a customer here.
