Just a few tweaks:
Newly recovered drivers seat which I have added heated elements to:


Wrapped the air intakes:

removed the grotty piece of carpeted trim from behind the drivers seat, wrapped a piece of Plastic (an old numberplate!) and added a light that I had lying about:


And finally, started to fit the new interior:

Did some work on Stoph68's Tristar 220 trailer. Took the old bunks off, sandblasted and grinded some rust off, spray painted the areas back white, then put the new bunks on. Then the best part of the day, I got to try out my new Hyperlite Kruz! Water was 55 and the air was 48, a little chilly but no wind, it was great!

He's thinking about having it professionally sandblasted and painted next year. I think he should go black, with diamond treadplate on the fenders with the Mastercraft logo cut out of them. Opinions?

Great BIG Thank You! to Bandit628 and my oldest son for all the help on the trailer Saturday... Would have been more than a hand full for me by myself.... Very proud of these 2 young men for who they have become.. Glad they still like to hang with an old fart like me.

Just replaced all the seals on my steering helm and got the steering parts sandblasted for the outboard unit. BF200

Mines not totally flat either - there's a slight gap at the front, but nothing much - I plan to slightly bend the lip of the holder to eliminate it.

The fit is really tight - there's zero movement in the cup holder, but I guess that's down to having the right sized hole cutter - mine is metric so might actually be slightly undersized, not sure - but I already had it so maybe got lucky.

I'll take a picture tomorrow to show as best I can

What size metric hole saw did you use?

Sorry - can't remember - I'm away until mid-May now - I think it was 10cm - but could have been 9, 11 or even 12, but measuring the cup holder would tell you - it would a 1 cm increment, nothing finer
