Me too in Alabama! One thing I have recently found great joy in is finding ski buddies that share the same ocd I have in taking care of a boat! All our boats stay clean and leave the lake spotless after every session!

The seals on the right side where flinging oil everywhere so it was time to change them out and reoil the hubs. It amazes me how much water must get in the hub oil because I changed it in July last year and it was fairly milky in color when I drained it.

Did manifold and risers on my accountant's X7 yesterday. Got tired of juggling those heavy cast iron manifolds so i cut down some old hardware to act as guide pins.

Awesome! Boat looks great...sweet setup...and everyone in your family loves being on the water = jackpot.

My wife loves the sun. My son loves the water. They both like to keep things nice, so it just worked out. He calls the seadoo "Something Sexy". So he can ask a girl "Do you want to ride on Something Sexy". The old boat was called "Awesome Rack".

I'm gonna have to find some new buddies then. They don't see the sense in keeping a boat so nice. I guess they never owned a Mastercraft! I converted one friend to an X45 and he is slowly getting the bug...

No secret - I think I am just fortunate. My wife is a stickler for wiping the boat down every time we pull it out of the water. Since we don't have a lift, that is every weekend.

Let your family clean a boat after it sits for a week after not being cleaned the last time you went out. 10 min of cleanup that day saves an hour the next week.

Installed a rebuilt 4160 that I bought from a TT member last fall and sent to Peter. Wow what a difference right from start up. And, I think Peter would answer an email question for help in the middle of the night. Best customer service ever!
