        • She's lookin, fine eh?

Went out for the first time this year today, started slow, watching those gauges........and next thing I know there's hot water everywhere. Ripped back to the dock and found that I really need to chase out those plug threads instead of just jamming a new brass one in one turns.
Oh the joys of owning a classic!

                • Installed the 2nd JL 10" sub. Sounds incredible. MC lays some seriously thick fiberglass

No doubt! When I installed my ballast thru hull fittings on the bottom of the hull it was >1" thick. Sub install looks awesome. Great job

Changed out the registration numbers to Domednumbers with matching gunmetal flake, installed interior lighting, and installed the new MC docking lights. Afterwards we took it out for its first run of the season. Great weather allowed us to get 6 hours on it this weekend. I love this season!

As soon as I get back to the lake. Mid June I'll make sure I go on a night run.

                        • Pretty basic transmission fluid change but ditched my $13 hand pump for an extractor. Holy crap this thing is awesome. So awesome I also used it for engine oil change. Just to be safe I also drained the engine drain line after extracting and only got about a cup of oil. Will pay for itself when I change oil in wife's Mercedes - which I don't think has a drain plug.
