My 2010 x-14v had the same problem , it was the relay to the pumps , problem was the relays for all the pumps are in 1 black box under the dash . New box fixed the problem.

The Plating on my Speaker cans was flaking off. I bought some plasti-dip and painted them black. This will Buy me some time while I figure out a stereo upgrade for next season.
