Re-built the battery switch / circuit breaker box. The original is thin plastic that had deformed over the years. The creation is 1/2" starboard and anodized aluminum. Should now last the lifetime of the boat.

This year I took notes of items that I didn't like about our boat when out on the water.
1. Power tower bimini (custom) has front straps that made noise when driving. I mounted poles for the bimini (not the best looking but very functional). Bimini folds and is easy to put up/down.
2. Put Velcro straps on the tower for easy access to ropes. I figured after 5 years, it's time to drill into the tower.
3. Purchased front rubrail lights. I have front lights on the tower, but this looked like a fun project. I'll probably add more to the rear this winter.
4. Flag holder. Since we park a lot my wife was always sticking the flag between the vinyl seats.
5. Places for gloves. Installed mesh netting in the rear lockers.
6. Fusion blue tooth wired to accessories switch.
7. Bimini surf sleeve. Holds extra 4 extra boards.
8. Mounted fender holders in the storage compartment for quick and easy access.
Lots of fun. Now I should start looking at the 2018s. It's about time.
Cmpdman - nice work. Run a test on the Bluetooth wired to accsy. It might drop the signal when you move the key to run. Then you'll have to reconnect BT all the time.
Screws fall out all the time, the world is an imperfect place.
I tested the Bluetooth. When I go from acc to engine started, I have about 10 minutes before I have to reconnect Bluetooth. Going from engine on to acc is no problem.

I never had poles like this on my Power Tower. Why are they needed for your boat?
