LMAO!!!!! That's wut I figured. lmao She's a big vessel! I have an old 240SC and it took me ALL day to compound wax the sides, top, and stern! Then another few hours for "The Boat Guys" to compound the bottom. Not to mention the motor.... She's a BEAUT!!!!!

        Ain't that the truth...

I think I got a bad tank of gas(water in fuel) or my fuel filter is dirty.
We were boarding tonight first pull was fine boat ran great second pull half way threw boat sputterd and coughed Didn't die. Then was fine.
My run same thing... sputterd and coughed once then fine.

Gonna drain the tank tommorow and look at the fuel filter.

            • Yeah I know. I just got some new cleaner and oil. I take the boat out nearly every other day so I kinda slack on the deck......

On both your deck and boat buddy's, that trailer looks flawless.

                      Anyone here do trailer restorations?

                      • Repaired fuel sending unit, now fuel gauge works again and cleaned debris out of speedo pickups for the 5th time this season.

                        • I'm covered

ECM never had a cover over it and gets water dripped on it thru the pylon hole. Corrosion starting inside the connectors. Cleaned the ECM with WD40 an a small brush an compressed air. BAWS hooked me up with a cover. Should be the end of this issue. Also changed the trans fluid and repair the wiring to the neutral safety switch. Ran a dedicated power cable to power the new amp from the new dual battery setup.

                          • Well... it was actually yesterday but... spent 150.00 on a new blue top Optima battery... not happy about it... but there was no starting the boat without it. It was tied up all night(it died Saturday night) at Sneaky Pete's. I barely slept a wink worrying about it. LOL. So, we got there early Sunday AM with a shiny new battery... but managed to have some fun after!
He comes atcha... He don't seem to be livin...

                            • Sourced power/ground to the radio from the same battery that I use for the amps. Replaced all the cheapo screws used to install radio with stainless steel screws.

                              • Well it was actually Sat/Sun, started boat in drive way, warmed it up, (turned right over after sitting all winter) changed the oil, also noted my fuel gauge not working right and my rpm gauge moving to wierd spots, spray glued some carpet back in place in the back hatch area, glued my amp wood back in place, replaced blower, ran new hoses for ventilation, sunday got up, washed top to bottom preparing to do a 3-stage shine, started to drizzle so it got nixed. better luck next day i get off.
