What Work did you do on your Mastercraft Today?

Working on a new engine cover replacement for my 2004 x-star. Started to sag. Ripped it out and went a different direction so I don’t EVER have to deal with this again! Plus less upholstery to redo later!!!!!

Welded 2” aluminum tube frame. 1/4 aluminum for the decking. Seadeck making custom pad to cover.

Also made new engine dividers out of 1” hope instead of 1/2” and doubled up on wake makers stiffeners! The 1/2” and single pack of stiffeners failed last summer.....

Cleaned up my platform last weekend.

Is it me or does MC make the process of taking the platform off the back of the boat a major PITA...

On my older Inboards, I could remove the platform by myself, now, it requires two, sometimes three people to get everything lined up.

That looks great! What did you end up doing for the center cap on the steering wheel? I see that you no longer have the centurion logo.
