  • new Faria depth/dual temp gauge has been installed. Replaced oil pressure sending unit...no more dancing gauge. Re-tightened several nuts holding vinyl. later today will begin investigating why back half of starboard storage compartment in stern is getting wet. Any thoughts out there? I did replace rub-rail this spring so that is my suspicion.

                • Greased the rudder zerk fitting, wash, wax, and started in the driveway with (first crank) . I always use the 5 gallon bucket trick. It is by far the fastest and easiest way to do it....

                        • I am nid way through installing my new CMD6 and transom remote, but I am afraid that I won't be able to find a big enough area to mount it on the transom with the curved rear of a maristar 230.

I also sanded and re oiled my teak and I am waiting on my second coat to dry.

Thanks Justin! It's late in the season for me. Weather, work, and son have been occupying my time. However, I must say I have been riding my dirt bike like it's stolen. It's easy to jump on it for a quick after dinner romp!!! How have you been?

Is is the MV1 with the display? I am told I need a 3" hole and to seal it would need to be flat. Can you shoot me a few pictures of where yours is located?
