Nope. Stop right there. That Teak wood is pretty.

Give it a light swipe with 303 and call it a done deal. Swipe it after each day's use.

      • Installed new lettering Saturday. Boat had been de-badged when I bought it last June, looked nice and clean but it needed a little something....
gunmetal flake and chrome Domed Numbers. Registration numbers to match. Also new ballast pumps.

Looks good. I transitioned from flat to domed a few years back and am also pleased. I used the same gunmetal flake as a shadow on letters.

Domed Numbers does a good job with their product. Those things aren't inexpensive.

For anyone following and can wait, Domed has a 50% off sale each Black Friday in November.

Waterlogged.....303 does not make the platform slippery? Just wipe on and leave it be?

Does not. Wipe it and leave it. Enjoy the teak. I have been doing this for a long time. Never any issues of the board being slick, etc. Will keep your wood looking good.

                  • I’ve been pretty busy trying to get everything buttoned up with warmer weather fast approaching.
Installed U/W transom lights, and started mounting tower speakers. Not many can stomach drilling holes in their brand new boat I’m sure haha.

I’m waiting on the 1/0 OFC to upgrade the electrical supply to my amp board and that’ll be next. Next week mounting amps, running speaker wire and hopefully adding a sub and re-powering the factory sub. The factory amp rack is pretty tight on space with the DSP items located there also. Also pulled wire for the speaker LED that comes standard with the Kicker KMFC line of HLCD’s. Finally received my custom designed adapters and was able to get 3/4 speakers mounted today. They look so much better than using the WetSounds MC-11 adapters. I wanted a factory look as much as possible on the mounting solution. Nothing exists through Kicker for the solution.

I also installed a set of hyper ryde locker nets to keep the storage items from being trapped in the lockers. Upgraded the rear bags to the wakemakers bag busters and also installed the engine divider supports.

                    • You're going to really like the Kickers. They have a good product now days. Looks great, as does the other work.

The custom adapters look sharp. Message to you about a set of four.

Thanks! I did a bench test in my garage with just one pair and wow. I was blown away at the amount of mid bass they produce as compared to WS equivalent rev8’s. I’m very happy with my choice.

                        • Finally got the transmission completed.

The clutches and steels were toast along with the ring gear. Some how the clutches must have been walking up in inside of the ring gear and screwed it up. Had to order a new one.

                              • Was pumped to get my new Perfect Pass up and running—but that’s where the excitement ended. Gremlins attacked immediately and never stopped.
