92 Barefoot 200 Construction/ Restoration questions.

I see the mastecraft website indicates that in 84 they stopped the use of wood in "structural " places. They mention the stringers and floor....but they don't mention the transom. Can someone confirm that the transom is not wood una BF200? Süre looked like it to me when I looked into the holes that were drilled for the motor.

I replaced the splash well drain tubes in my PS200 and it sure looked like the transom is wood.

BF200 is newer but I suspect MC didn't change too much regarding transom construction.

If you are on Facebook there are groups for mastercraft boat owners, the mastercraft project and a mastercraft group that includes 90's and newer models. A lot of experience there ask the question over there you are more likely to get the correct answer over there.

contradicts the barefoot letters on the back....??

you will notice the cable steer as opposed to hydraulic...I thought 92 was hydraulic.
