Started laying out and cutting graphics today. Going with a silver metallic to both coordinate and contrast with the gunmetal flake.

The graphics placement is more art than science - the original graphics were not at all symmetrical side to side. They’ll match now.

Also began to think about Seadek designs for the platform.

Yes, I plan to go back with the left-leaning font of the era.

I really like the cover too. What I like most is the fit and how it covers the side of the boat. Out of my price range but totally worth it for this work of art.

    Thank you.

Little bits of progress. Finished the windshield mounting, finalized bow and transom vents and honeycomb backers, got the new wheels and Goodyears installed, and test fitted the new cover.

Well, it was hard to pull the X-30 on a very nice morning yesterday, then detail and winterize it, but the next two months have crazy busy weekends so our summer is over.

Hopefully this means progress picks up on the 1980 soon!

Nope. There’s not a scrap of wire in it yet. But I am getting good at sitting in it and making vroom vroom noises.

A retro fit I did on an 81.

    I like it.

I like the digital tachometer (and clock) in the PerfectPass unit.

Where are the switches for the heated seats?
