I knew removing the deck was going to be challenging. I searched the forum for any info that I could find about deck removal. The 4- post lift is a great option if you have access to one. I had to come up with a way to remove my deck with a single point lift we are also limited on head space in side the garage.
The support that I fabricated was made out of two 14' 2x6 screwed together with 3 inch deck screws. I added a support about 18" wide on top of the beam in the front to go under the deck's front structural rib. The rear support had to be attached in the boat and lifted into position. I added the third support in the middle and used the existing holes for the T top to secure it with 3/8 bolts. I used a 3000lb strap around the main beam moved it until I found the balance point.
I then added a 3000lb ratchet strap threw the lifting hook and secured at each end of the beam this gave me three lifting points along the beam.
This setup worked extremely well to remove the Deck with a single point lift.
The cost to build the support around $150
I estimate the weight of the Deck around 350-450lb.
I was warned It if it is not properly supported the will break in the middle.

I like that.
I saw another fellow here lift his deck using his 4-post lift. Raised it up with a couple of slings and that was a done deal.
Thanks for the photos.

I stayed 3" threw the hull so the big hole and the exhaust stayed the same made it about a inch longer on in side more clamping space. We are 4" on the out side for looks and The ring has the same OD as the plastic one. I designed it as close as possible to plug and play.
