Thank you for your response. One of the people who responded to my original post recommended that I do just what I have done (search the threads for an answer) to see if I could find what I was looking for. I found this post. Since RDahler did the restoration work on this thread I figured that he would be the one to address my question to, and you responded telling me to go back to my original post. You have not done this restoration or you would have given me an answer. Still, I am in the process of trying to follow up with the lead you gave me. I hope RDahler responds. Thank you.

You need some small LED lights inside the pod for a nice illumination if / when you open the dash. That is too good to leave in the dark....:-)

    Coming together very nicely.

I have completed the dash cover rework. I V cut all the cracks in the plastic on the back side and bonded the new aluminum panel to the back side with JB weld. I had to install the sub panel and radio cover to hold everything in place wile the adhesive setup. The two damaged corner nutserts were repaired using the same process and installing two triangular aluminum back plates and two new nutserts were installed before the adhesive setup. This was a difficult repair because it was so broken up. I think we are good for the next 25 years.Click image for larger version Name:	IMG_1229.jpg Views:	2 Size:	156.4 KB ID:	2698734 Click image for larger version Name:	IMG_1230.jpg Views:	2 Size:	150.4 KB ID:	2698735

A nice touch. I was thinking about how you were going to secure the corners on the front panel.

Looks great and the perfect opportunity for the upgrade considering your shop.

I am waiting to see what you may custom fabricate for the five screws on the top part.
