  • Is it dangerous to pull behind this tower?

I have these small cracks on both sides of the tower at the same spot on both sides. Is it dangerous to pull riders using the tower?

Get it welded before it falls on someone.

Is that a New Dimension Zeroflex?

Your pics don't really tell where on the tower they are located. I've ridden cracked aluminium mtb frames for a season and not had a catastrophic failure. I wouldn't be comfortable with it on a tower. Unless you know a top notch tig welder that can heat treat the tubes you should be looking for a new tower. A weld job may buy you another season or two if you stop pulling barges and tubers.

Wow, I would not ride it like that.
The brittle nature of aluminum makes it prone to catastrophic failure with little notice, unlike steel.

Find a good tig welder and consult with them. Maybe look for a race car frame builder? they are more common than you might think.
A good grind and fill can be very strong and last but experienced eyes on the job is important.

I'm pretty sure the OP is trolling.
