Single Axle Measurements - 1994 Prostar Trailer

This is the first time we took all these measurements so I hope they are correct. If you are familiar with ordering any of these parts, can you let me know if these numbers look correct? I'm hoping I can give this information to various online businesses and get the right parts.

We have a March 1994 Mastercraft Trailer that pulls our 205 Prostar.
We need to buy:
1) Axle
2) Leaf Springs
3) Brake Actuator
4) Shackle Bushings

Axle Measurements:
3500 lb Load Capacity (Basing this off of other threads on here - we couldn't read on trailer)
66 1/2" Spring to Spring (measured from center of bolt on top to center of bolt on other spring)
85 1/2" Hub face to hub face (includes a 1/4" lip on the hub face)
90" Spindle end to spindle end
2" x 3" (Width x Depth) of Axle
1 3/8" Spindle Diameter
3 3/4" Drop

Leaf Springs
(I was planning on buying the springs at Northern Tool per members suggestions)
27" with the weight of the boat on them
4 Leafs
Double Eye Spring

Brake Actuator
Existing: UFP P/N 34039

Not sure what to ask for on the plastic shackle bushings. Has anyone ordered these before?

I'ved bought a lot of stuff from Championtrailers.com. They will have all the basic nuts-and-bolts stuff you're talking about, including the nylon spring bushings. Their website has a tech section describing how to measure axles, they can get anything you need.

I don't believe they have UFP actuators, check with pacifictrailers.com for that.

Do you remember if your measurements were the same? We measured 27" from center of eye to eye on Leaf springs, but that's with the boat on there. Hubs insists we should have 28" for the springs. But....if you bought it from Northern tool, their springs are 27".

Didn't you say we have the same trailer?

Not saying I'm right but I measured 27" eye to eye like you did. Bought the 27" from northern tool and they fit like a glove.

Reviving this old baby! Anyone know if this also applies to dual axle trailers? Of course, 93-94 PS 205 trailer. My tires are wearing pretty good on the outsides and insides....

Something I learned after planning out an axle job myself.

Trailer shops do this for a living and don't charge that much - at least get a local quote. I had an axle, springs, shackles, installed for about 150$ more than it was going to cost me to get all the parts.
