2004 tandem - reliable components removal

Holy moly! Ive only run into those at work for frame drilling on trucks. Wild! Which 5/8 bolt was that? The swing both for the actuator?

Yeah it was the swing bolt. The other side was the pin and that came out fine. The bolt was a nightmare.

Fast forward to my new boat, it now has the damn Tie Down Engineering LP85 actuator which is also out of business and acting flaky. For fun I went out and tried to turn the bolt, and yeah frozen shut again.....PTSD!!!!

unreal i cant even imagine the patience to get all the way through a bolt that big... wow
