  • Lenco Actuator for '07 X45

Anyone have a part number for the Lenco actuator for an 07 X45 trim tab? The aluminum actuator bracket busted sometime in the last few weeks. I didn't realize what happened and have been running the boat the last couple of weekends. Eventually the wires snapped also. I've searched through a ton of threads on here, but could never come up with the actual Lenco part number. Tried Lenco's website, but it appears to be down? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks! Did you replace the bracket to a stainless one as well?

No, my bracket is still fine. It doesn't come with the actuator, and I'm not sure where to go to get that.

My actuator said XD101 on the side of it. I just bought a replacement off of Amazon and it works great.

Yes, the actuator is model XD101, but if you look at the image, there are 6 different versions of the XD101.

Whats the life you guys are getting out of your actuators? We're going through about 1 every year to 1.5 years. We typically open them up to dry out, then re-seal and put back together. We had a local machine shop clone the old aluminum bracket and make one out of stainless steel, they beefed up the thickness as well.

Adding here..... Dealership said the replacement was no longer available..... quoted me $2000 for an updated controller and new actuator... Crazy part is mine still works.... just the bottom came out of it (shaft) and won't stay in there anymore.. Anyone had this happen?

Bought my exact replacement from marine parts source for $262.99. Would have been super easy to scepter I screwed up and bought the wrong size shanks. Lol. Had to drill out bracket vs sending back and ordering other. No biggie.
