  • Another Viper interior

Dropped my boat off at Viper Customs over the weekend. I got to see their work first hand and am very glad that I decided to make the trip, which was 548 miles, round trip.

I also got to see at least one TT member boat, two I think, but one for sure, as there were two X 30's there. Both looking great I might add.

I also got the chance to visit with Jim and his son over lunch and hear the history of how his business got to where it is today. A very interesting story!
Being on the water is best, but when I'm not on the water I'm on TT.

Yep, the white on black gel is mine. Can't wait to see yours when I pick mine up. The shop is the old Malibu factory right?

Not sure if the shop is the old Bu factory or not, but he has a great setup.

So your boat is the one that they are changing the rear deck lid to incorporate a walk through?

and Jim apparently used to work for Supra, kinda like going back home for him I guess.

That's it, the old Supra factory. And yes, mine is the one that is having the custom walk through done. We are pretty much trying to replicate the interior of the new 30s. We were going to be doing the whole interior flooring as sea-dek, but ultimately decided not to after taking Jim's recommendations into consideration.

I wanted to share some photos of the work that Viper is doing on my interior. I gave very little design input. I basically picked out the colors gave just a little input and let them run with it. I'm very pleased with the results and can't wait to see it all put together.

                        Thanks for the comment.

As with most things these days, it's negotiable. Give Jim a call @ 865-7358-3413 for a quote, he won't try to get rich off of you and they do great work. The two people he has doing the interiors have over 40 years experience between them.

That's a wake boat and even I find it sexy. Good choices. Nice work. I love this project.
