  • Whats the best material??

I have a 1999 Prostar 190 that has the rear flip up storage. I need to replace the vinyl but also the base for it. I’m not sure what they used to make the hatch to begin with nor am I sure what to replace it with. I need something strong to sit/stand on yet light enough to no increase my wake. Any ideas??

Some flat stock HDPE 1/2" thick should do the trick.
2003 ProStar 197, MCX and Powerslot.

I wish that would work. It need to be big, like the whole width of the boat and about 27” wide.

That’s what I was leaning towards, I just need to find a local place to acquire it. Online companies are outrageous.
