When I was skiing at Sea World in San Diego, I sold my car and bought a little Honda Nighthawk 450 to ride around PB. I miss it and my wife is scared to death that I will take a big commission check and buy a sweet Harley or Truimph. She should be scared!

Triumph! Nice one! The Nighthawk S was cool and they are almost like flat track bikes. So if you could what would you buy? Heritage, Night Train, Fat Boy, deuce or what have you? VALK all the way for me but if you want a twin she ain't gonna do!

Thats what the winter is for! Ride Ride Ride, because when summer comes it's time to summerize the bike and take the boat out of layup.

OK, so two of the bikes I've owned in the past have shown up in this thread. Hoosier Bob brings up the Nighthawk S (great bike; put 80,000 miles on mine on two different engines), then H2Oskeefreek posts a picture of the KZ440 I used to own (except, of course, mine was red). Another great bike; a bit buzzy and I hated replacing chains, but it lasted me for 40,000 miles.

I ride an ST1100 now. Given a choice, I'd dearly love to get my hands on a Yamaha GTS1000. Never seen one in person, never talked to anyone who had one, but the technology has fascinated me since I first read about it.
