Oyster City Brewing in Apalachicola should definitely be on your list. St. George Island is also worth a visit. The 30A area is great, but Carrabelle and Apalachicola are a lot more laid back if that is what you are looking for.
Both towns are noted in the map. Thanks for your input.

Watch your SPEED once you enter the Keys! I like the Hot Tin Roof Restaurant in Mallory Square. Hog's Breath Saloon and Sloppy Joe's are a must!!! If you like racing go to Daytona International Speedway. Depending on how much you want to spend you can purchase a Ride-A-Long ticket or Drive a real NASCAR Race Car on the High Banks of Daytona International Speedway. They will let you get up to around 150 MPH. St. Augustine is the Oldest City established in America and has a lot of History.
Sounds great. I arrive in Orlando on a Friday, so the car show is a perfect way to start.

I'm familiar with speed in the USA by now. I "won" a $500 ticket in Arizona a few years ago...
But you get older and smarter... and I have no hectic this time...
And no women who plan too much... haha
And if I want to drive 120mph or more I have the German "Autobahn" here 1h away.... no limits

Thanks for all the great inputs! Will save everything. Daytona I have already noted before. In addition, I will watch a car race in Ocala.
