.avi to DVD

Anyone know of a free avi to dvd converter that you've used that does not apply the watermark to the file? They all look free until after you install them. Not something I plan to use frequently. Thanks for any help!

VSO's ConvertxDVD.

.avi to VOB in two steps.

If your .avi has embedded watermarks you're stuck with them. Find another rip or DivX copy. Just sayin'.

ConvertxDVD. Is supposed to be pretty good, but I always had better luck with the Cucosoft products.
They've been around a long time.

Their .avi/.mpeg to DVD converter is $15 cheaper than ConvertxDVD. It's faster too.

ConvertxDVD is free. [email protected] boy!. Do it and be done with it...

The way I read it, VSO ConvertXtoDVD is $49 and isn't rated as highly as Cucusoft, which is $15 cheaper.

There is a free trial of ConvertXtoDVD, but it puts a watermark on the output DVD.
