I know at least a few people workout regularly on here, so lets hear some personal bests/goals on the big 3, like bench, squat, deadlift. Obviously height, weight, age play a major role so feel free to add those as well. I don't have solid squat and deadlift numbers right now but maxed 380lb fairly easy on bench last night with no spotter so i'm proud of that. 6'5" 250lbs.

6'3" 200#. I squat 365, DL 455 and standing press 195. I bench press like 2 or 3 times a year so I don't use that as a strength measurement anymore. I figure, when in real life will I be trying to push weight when I'm laying flat on my back? On the other hand, when will I push weight overhead while standing on my own two feet? It's all about functional fitness for me.
Edit: That being said, 380 bench press is impressive! Nice work. Lifting heavy is always good. I really should bench more often, just hard to find the time and so many other lifts I would rather be doing.
Instead of benching more, I'd rather get my oly lift numbers higher: clean and jerk 275, snatch 195. I'd really like to get a 300# C&J and a 225# snatch.

Suddenly I don't feel that strong lol. Impressive numbers by everyone here. I blame my lack of heavy squat and deads on my height and trying to keep my back healthy as well.
