How'd your team do in the draft?

Anyone follow the draft this year. So glad it's over with now because they have to figure out something else to talk about.

So how'd my Browns do in the draft?

Personally I wanted Darnold, but Mayfield was ok with me vs the other two.

You can't coach accuracy at this stage in the game and you can't coach being healthy.

The only thing "bad" about Mayfield is in off the field antics. He a competitor and Johnny Manziel comparisons are a far cry at best.

We reached at 4 to get Denzel Ward. I don't think that value was that high even being a Buckeye Fan but we needed a corner and he was the best corner.

Really really disappointed in them. I Mayfield might become something but seems like an unnecessary risk. Ward is a reach.

The moves seemed like they were trying to outsmart the other teams again.

They’ve got to the point where their losing the offseason as well as the regular season now.

Agree with the sentiments in regards to Mayfield.

Although we may be all wrong. Could be a MVP candidate at the end of the year.

Well here's the thing and of course this is coming out of hope. I haven't personally talked with Mayfield at all. All I know is what the media has shown me. Perhaps in the conversations with our GM, he's got what he needs.

Don’t get me wrong, I really hope Things go well.

They at least have Taylor so Baker can sit and learn for a bit.

I just hope that one day I’m not paying attention to the draft.

Cleveland needs to fix its culture before they will see any sustained success. Hope your front office and coaching staff can pull it off. Players being selected high in the draft is only a mild advantage and can not overcome lack of organizational leadership. I am a lifelong Steelers fan and I believe the organization has put their players in a winning atmosphere. We have a couple of super athletes in Brown and Bell, but the others would blend in on other teams. Living on the west coast, season tickets with the Steelers is not feasible, so I am a ticket holder with the Rams. The staff change they made last year is another good example of the impact they have on a team. Many of the same players were in place from the previous year, yet the outcome was significantly improved. We don’t draft until the third round tonight due to off season acquisitions by the new staff. Looking at what we got this year, I don’t think anyone in the draft could have the same impact we anticipate from these new Rams. I wish you Brown’s fans good luck 2018-19.

Agreed on both counts. Hasn't been the same since mike took over and decided to make money instead of win games.
