We have a 2023 X-Star and are also having continous issues with the ballast pumps. Sometime between 2018 and 2022, they went from 8 pumps for the four ballast zones to only 6. So now only the rear Port and Starboard zones have the second pump on them to provide a bit of redundancy in the system in case...

What size and spec did you go with for your 12v pump to pressurize the antifreeze in this setup? I tried using a Milaulkee M12 stick transfer pump and it only got me 10psi or so of pressure. Tons of flow (tested and verified at 9gpm) but not enough pressure to crack open the flush port....Leave a comment:

For 2023 and newer boats, they've changed around some of the configuration of the raw water drain points. There's no longer that convenient hose that Tookeymonster mentions in his video. They also now have a newer style Ilmor Sea Strainer and recommend draining just from that. The problem though, is...
