I under stand the redo thing. I looked at my list of parts I used on my 94 190 3/16 Aluminum Flush - Mount with Aluminum Mandrel blind rivets (McMaster Carr) and 3/16 Aluminum Domed Head with Aluminum mandrel High- Strength (Hanson Rivet Co)
It seamed like project moves along a lot faster after...

Looking good. I do have a question in the photo it looks like you used oval head rivets under the rub rail. I had to use counter sunk rivets under the rub rail with a small chamfer on the hole so the rivet head would lay flat and not hold the rub rail off the hull and oval head rivets went threw the...

On my 94 190 I found that that the mounting holes for the U bolts in the crossmember and the lower support were over sized and allowing the thin washers that mastercraft used under the nuts to collapse into the holes over time and take the tension of the U clamps. The Indmar LT1 trigger wheel pn 536050 hard to find. They are also EZ to damage if you try to remove or install with out the Kent Moore J-39046 LT1 crankshaft hub puller kit.

I moved the Temp gauge sensor from the side of the mixer to the port in the head between spark plugs 1 and 3 this gives a more accurate temp indication. Indmar made this change in mid 1994 and on. I was able to reattach the sensor wire at the new location by just rerouting it. This location shows...

Chuck You may need to show a picture of how the Thermostat of the properly installed on that engine. I think the flat side should be up and the pellet down in the engine.

I would like to share some of the things that I have learned about the Indmar LT1 cooling system. The 160 thermostat should just start to open at 160 and be fully open by 185.The holes drilled in the 160 thermostat are used to make up for the water lost threw the head vent tubes and vent any air trapped...

The Throttle by wire system in the later model boats is monitored by the ECM if it detects a fault of any kind you will be in limp mode. The problem you are describing sounds like the friction adjustment on the Throttle control arm needs to be turned up a tad.
