I never seize just about anything with threads. Especially items that routinely see water or contact different metals. Never have heard about something backing out if it had never seize. It is sticky enough that it shouldn't vibrate loose like if you used a light oil or grease.

Jim thanks for the update. For me, when the kill switch was out, the fuel pump would not run. Once the switch was repaired then the pump would run with key on....

Have you done any continuity testing at the kill switch? There is a chance that you have wire separation before or after the kill switch which would make the jumpering worthless. I don't remember if the relays are 4 or 5 pin, but there should be 2 pins that you can get power from. 1 of them should...

I am no expert by far. However, the power for the fuel pump is just a dumb switch. It does not run through the computer, as I understand it. When the key switch is powered, the relay activates and provides power to the fuel pump. I am fairly certain the coil power is the same. These relays should...

+1 on WL. Easy to make new bunks and blocks. Just some time with the saw, a drill and a screw gun.

WL I may be totally off base but, I have read before that salt will begin separating from water at about 170 degrees.
if that’s accurate then it would make sense to keep water temps lower than that to help slow down corrosion....
