T-shirt design work is underway for the coveted Buckeye Bash 9 shirt!

Hi everyone ... T-shirt and swag orders are well underway ... this year is Buckeye Bash 9 and you need to be here!

Yes, we need to start getting those RSVP's in with number of people and t-shirt orders with sizes. Based on previous years, do we go big?

Buckeye Bash 9 - "What is at the end of your line?" ... do you surf? ride? barefoot? kneeboard? tube? or slalom?

Doesn't matter what you do as long as you enjoy boats, sweet water, bathing suits, cool people and giveaways.

Our primary support comes from the really Chill team at Boat House at Tri-Lakes in Akron, OH ...

Expect swag from Boat Bling, Shape the Wake, Mission Boat Gear, Mastercraft The Craft, and more.

Don't forget on Friday we will have a very easy going slalom format in the course .... teams will be formed of all skill levels and the winning team will eat and drink for free on Friday night!

What? yes ... for FREE!

Teams will be broken into 4 man/woman/beaver teams.

Each skier on the team will be be categorized into one of the following (you need 1 skier to be called "legit" or "beaver" per team.)

Legit skiers will run the course at 36 men / 34 women - 15,22,28 and so on till they fall ... they get their "ball count" total for 3 passes x 2 = for total points.

Next level is "Beaver 1" 3 passes - total ball count, do not have to be consecutive, can be at any speed, no gates needed. (Total balls x 1 for total points)

Next level "Almost a Shredder" - 3 passes - must ski 32 MPH or more ... use entry gates and exit, but do not have to be consecutive. (Total balls x 2 for total points) (Cannot run 3 on one side of the course in a row ... must cross the wakes.)

Junior Skiers - 3 passes - any speed, any device, entry gates only, and total ball count do not need to be consecutive.

There will be bonus points assigned to anyone that entered this country via river crossing.

So please RSVP by August 1 for Friday entry into the Slalom showdown at Buckeye Bash 9.

The Slalom committee will assign skiers a "skill level" and then teams will be randomly drawn the day of the event.

One exception ..... there is #BeaversRPeople2 movement so there may be a full team from the 2 Beaver Ski Club, but they will be help to the same rules!

T-shirt samples coming in the next few weeks, and more details about the greatest Buckeye Bash in the history of the world forthcoming!!!!!
