a 22kw charger could 0-80% a 124kwh battery matrix in around 4hrs, but you wouldn't run it to fully discharged anyway. a 50kw "fast" charger could top you up...

I'd check that the timing mark on the crankshaft pully is actually correct. 20deg btdc is pretty close to not running/idling at all, then, under load, you'd know if it's that far advanced...
