Just to be clear, if your dealer connected the good pod in its entirety to the inop channel and the horn on this pod did not work there, but still works in the original position, then something along the signal chain is going to be where the issue lies. I know it sounds basic, but each and every cable...

    Hi Woverine,

I’m sorry I did not get a response to your pm to you. I know I read it and thought I sent you feedback regarding your dealer going through the software per the instructions, but I don’t see the message in my Sent folder. I can only guess that I was interrupted in the...

If you don't see the Klipsch stereo (KMC1SU) on any devices you are in pairing mode on, then it sounds like the Bluetooth function may be turned off in the menu. Use the following steps to turn the Bluetooth function ON.

    1. Press and hold the MENU button.
    2. Rotate the knob until...

It’s possible the DSP is still in program mode instead of operation mode. Remove the metal cover to expose the USB port and check to see if the switch is in the Right position (operation) or Left position (program). Also note the LED light status (Red, Blue or combination). You may want to flip...

The zone control update consists of three updates to the Klipsch head unit, a new DSP profile and the correct installation of a Y-cable to be installed between the Klipsch commander and the tuner/amp box and the DSP.

The flashing 6 red/ 3 blue pattern indicates there is a profile loaded...

I am not aware of any specific covers for the towers as we do not manufacture the cans or pods. I would suggest checking with your dealer for available covers or maybe the forum here can provide you with some options....

There is no way to see what profile is in the DSP. You could ask your dealer to re-load the appropriate profile....

We have not had any instances of a low-volume condition after the zone control upgrade. Understand that this upgrade just brings the 2018 radio to the same software/feature set of the 2019-2020 radio.

Can you provide more specific details on what you are experiencing and under what...

  • I reached out to MasterCraft on this. Enovation (Murphy) has confirmed this is an issue that lies with an Apple setting problem and they are unable to resolve on their end. Unfortunately, this is something Apple will need to address. This behavior does not exist with Android devices on the Murphy...

Let me clarify DSP profile a bit. The profile is the tuning of the boat. Each boat model/package will get a new profile during the tuning of the boat in the engineering phase when our audio engineering team goes to MasterCraft to do the full tune. That profile will then always be loaded into that...

I understand what you are saying and where you are coming from, but we've been down this before quite a bit. There are no plans for anything outside of the closed ecosystem and no system add-on's beyond what MasterCraft offers via their dealer upgrade program. We show MasterCraft what we can do and...

I check in on the forum at least once a week. I tend to get more private messages than questions posted to this thread that are unknown to the forum community that need a response - and even those are in many cases questions regarding dealer upgrade options, which is something that is already known...

The auto-volume feature is part of the boat software in the Murphy screen. In the premium package, the Murphy is the media player. This is not something I can provide any details on outside of what is stated in the owner’s manual. I believe the description above by eecyclone may be more specific....
