Check out gatorstep or one of those companies. They are willing to work with you on stuff like that. Right now they are backlogged so don't expect it for a few weeks.

Has anyone ever changed where they get their warranty work done? I was thinking about changing dealers from the one by my house to a dealer closer to where the boat is stored and just need to know the process and if anyone had any issues.

Getting ready for a Shasta trip this week so I have a very busy weekend! Like always I had to pick the hottest weekend of the year! Got a lot of great tips from this forum, thank you for the help.

It seems like a common trend with the dealers after you make a purchase. I bought this brand for many reasons and if I knew the customer service would have been so bad I probably would have gone to a different brand with better customer service.
