Sounds like a ground problem.. check the batter grounds and make sure they are clean and tight, and connected

Volume is about 1/2 what it used to be. Help!
Try this..
1. Make sure batteries are fully charged
2. Turn on battery switch, turn on key, wait for system to boot… lower volume to 1
3. Turn off key, power off battery, wait 3-5 seconds, then turn battery switch back...Leave a comment:

I got it as well, but stopped when it asked me more personal questions like birth date, gender, etc. I’m happy to say how old I am, but if it gets into the wrong hands it could get messy

Ok, I have x23 and glad to hear I’m not the only one experiencing these issues.. mine works at lower speeds only and doesn’t really work well when on plane. My analytical brain tells me the placement of the transducer is the issue.. seems like when there is cavitation...Leave a comment:

I don’t blame you. Yes, the Melones last ramp is open and the road down to it is a gravel dirt road, but the ramp itself is concrete. I wasn’t happy dragging my boat down that road with all the dust and bumps after I detailed it, but it worked out. Water is still 84 degrees

They are stupid expensive, but I do like the specs and performance so far. My older x30, had two battery set up and my subs would just stop working when voltage got too low.. that was my low voltage indicator at the time. These Stingers pound the subs hard for a long time. A clean red or black boat just gets so many looks on the water. I’m very partial the to deep Pro Tour Red obviously. Even the Interior pops well with it
