I think as dealers look back at previous years associated expenses of the show and current high demand/ limited supply, many have decided to do "in-house" boat shows. Slowing down is relative. With the supply side for new still being slowed by raw materials, I personally don't think 22 is the year the market corrects. Some of our Nashville neighbors have or have had places on Smiths. rbuss, another option if you like rural is Centerhill in TN, only downside is no private docs, but it keeps traffic down substantially.
