I replaced it with an M608 and a MW1 remote. The M608 bolts in the same slot as the CMD4. You will need a new extension cable for the remote.

I boat on a river fed lake and I have had to change my prop 3 times while out on the water due to hitting woody debris. I absolutely wouldn't go out on my lake without a spare prop in the boat. I always use white lithium grease. I do mine as part of my springerize instead of winterize process.

I would bite the bullet and just buy you another sac for the starboard side. It will be worth it in the long run. Switching a sac from one side to another will be a huge hassle.

You definitely do not need to compound that boat. You could do Finesse-It if it has light oxidation. Compounding and polishing removes gelcoat from your boat, so you only want to do it when it is truly needed. Your gelcoat is only so thick. I'm not aware of any replacement motors for the Jabsco pumps. The Jabsco motors can be rebuilt.
