On our X2 we ran a 15 x 13 ACME 3155 prop and highly recommend it for a heavily ballasted X2. Way less prop slip when accelerating up to speed, Zero Off speed control held surf speeds rock solid through large waves, 200-300 less RPMs when surfing saving fuel and the surf wake was much cleaner with less...

When was the last time the distributor cap, rotor and spark plugs were replaced? Plug wires also?
Maybe check the fuel rail pressure both at idle and under load to see if it is too low and starving the engine of fuel causing stalling.

Typically the "standard" color is blue however our boat has a custom color accents option package. So our gauges, cockpit, speaker, tower speakers, cup holders and underwater-lights are all matching green from the factory. So unless you have green or red interior accent lights the underwater...

Agreed with your thoughts above. Gen 2 is worth a change and yes an X20 is not much roomier inside for your family.
Myself moving from a '13 X2 (with the newer topdeck than your '07) to an XT20 the interior definitely has more overall room than the X2. The beam width is wider and more...

Good input given above. Interior cockpit is of the same basic generation meaning the X20 is of the older style and very similar to the X2 when comparing things like cockpit speaker placement, glove box size/shape, seat bolstering, gunnel interior handles and hip width for the observer sitting area....

Absolutely! 100x easier than the 5.7L in the X2 since it was totally out of view. This one is super easy, pop the starboard locker cover, remove engine divider panel and bam its right there. Easier than appears in my photo as it is upside down, I was leaning over the engine when I took it.

ACME 3155 Prop (15 x 13) makes a huge difference in getting a heavily ballasted boat up to speed with a 5.7L Ilmor motor.

We buy Rec 91 100% gasoline and many local stations. Often its dispensed off to the side at a different pump where they may sell kerosene or racing gas also.
Have also seen it locally at larger fuel stations that have separate pump bays for semi trucks. Have a look at some of those near...

No decals excapt the capacity placard. Dislike extra decals so much I have pulled off a few before even getting boats home. Recommend removing transom stickers from flake areas before using the boat to advoid ghosting from the sun.
Luckily we live on a private lake so I don't have to run...

With boat keys and wireless boat lift remotes we have all the above including the Davis Key Bouy.
My personal favorites were from back when I was a kid....... our 85 S&S new came with a sweet silver MC key float shaped like a STAR that I wish I kept or MC would produce again. (Or...

Haven't used that one specifically (seems kind of expensive for what it is ) but have been using these for years. They are half the cost and work great.
