Good to know I was wondering the same about the second air vent in the rear. I have a pvc pipe too. It was attached with a zip tie also so we just reattached a vent tube to the blower and the pvc back out to the vent in the rear and zip tied it again.

I was taking out the carpet in my 99 Sportstar and noticed one side did not look like the other. I bought this boat last year and just wondering if this was some kind of previous repair. Was this boat in an accident?

What did you end up doing? I have a hole in my portside manifold and wonder how bad of a job it is. I think I am going to have to deal with some rust as well.

I have a 99 Sportstar OB and my observer seat hinges (mainly the fold down upper seat part) are rusted through. I have looked at several marine sites for this hinge. This is the closest that I can find.
