This ^
The main connection between the exhaust and the muffler is above the waterline.
My muffler also had cracks that caused it to drip. I repaired it with fiberglass and installed new hoses. The whole action was under 200 bucks and so far everything is fine.
Okay my 06 X2...

Yes on the most Trailers here these rear bumpers has to be removed bevor you let the boat in the water. I installed watertight ones on both sides of my trailer so that I can sink them into the lake
And the G is a Mercedes "WOLF", produced for the Army since 1980 or...

Yes i know that the price seems a bit high, but in germany MSRP was over 80k$ and because of covid no one is importing new boats, that raises the price for used ones, too.
All Trailers in Europe look that funkyi like the US-style much more but no way to get license plates for this...

I've been looking for a Bow Filler for a long time, in the end I cut a 3/4" wooden panel and had it covered for $ 50 by the next upholsterer.
Not as good as the original, but it does the job
Maybe an option if no one has one to sell...

https://www.seastarsolutions.com/wp-...03/765703C.pdf
I know it´s not exaktly you Steering System but i think the causes are the same. It helped me a lot when i had problems with my Seastar.

Hey James,
i´m runing the ACME 1285 4 Blade Prop 14.5"x14.25" on my 06 X2 and i´m very happy with it.
The stock 3-Blade propeller vibrated much more and the Surf-wave is much better now.
Top Speed is about 35mp/h at 4500rpm if i remember correct.

The hose is changed and today we start a second try for a whole day on the water
Unfortunately I only saw when installing that there is also a connection on the other side of the rail.
I'll get another one quick so it could not happen again
Have a nice Weekend...

^^ This
I have nearly the same Setup and the X2 does a great job on surfing starboard. Port is a bit more tricky but with the right shaper und that ballast setup its realy surfable.
I made two shapers on myself wich work great. They are attached with 3M velcro tape....

In my opinion, you cannot give a X2 a nicer paint than orange
In any case, this is a contra!
But the protection of the Hull and the Gelcoat is a big pro but a few hours of polishing a year do the same job.

Broken fuel hose on MCX fuel rail
Hi Guys,
On Friday we were at the lake when we suddenly smelled fuel. The engine started to stutter at idle, so we stopped it.
We opened the engine cover and noticed that there was a lot of fuel in the bilge. About 5 liters (or 1.3 gallons).
The reason for...
