    LQ9 Chevy 6.0 L Knock Sensor Replacement

I recently replaced the knock Sensors on my X-Star.

It was damaged after hitting a stump, so I’m looking at replacement options. The prop has been great in the 4 years I’ve run it (standard ballast, wakeboard 30% of the time). Night and Day difference...

    LQ9 6.0 XSTAR 2004 Spark Plug Wires

I decided to swap out the original spark wires after one of the boots snapped off during a spark plug change.

I ordered a set of MSD 32829 wires after seeing it was a replacement for the LQ9. The wires came in at 12" long, and the stock existing wires are almost 20". The stock...

    Which Prostar 190 to get?

I am looking for a prostar 190, it looks like the 2004 year range fits my budget. However I have come up with a few questions.

Is the LQ9 a good decision? How is its consumption for fuel?

Is the MCX a good decision? How is its consumption?

    Does the powerslot...

I have a 2003 PS 197 with LQ9 motor with a possible gauge/sensor/wiring issue. Here is what happens. When things are cold (first run of the morning) everything works fine, after the temperature gauge reaches 160ish, the temperature gauge quits working along with the tach and hour meter. Otherwise, the...

We were doing some late evening surfing and after the set, dumped the bags and headed in. We were doing 20mph all systems good, oil pressure, temp, etc, and then the engine cut out like I had throttled down. Engine light came on and beeping noise. Tried to start again, nothing. When turning the...

    Gents,
The exhaust manifolds need to be replaced on my 2002 Tournament Team with the LQ9 engine. So far, I've only been able to locate the replacements directly through MC. Does anybody know if this is my only option? Do I need to replace with cast aluminum? Any recommendations as to who else...

I was told at one time that this fuel pump was a Mopar pump.

Does anybody know if it is or isn't?

If so what applications did Mopar use it in?

    Thanks
