    Whats the best material??

I have a 1999 Prostar 190 that has the rear flip up storage. I need to replace the vinyl but also the base for it. I’m not sure what they used to make the hatch to begin with nor am I sure what to replace it with. I need something strong to sit/stand on yet light enough to no increase my wake. Any...

Upholstery Options For Redoing 2005 X10 Interior

Hi, all. I recently purchased a 2005 X10 (my first boat). The boat has been well maintained mechanically (with records and all) however the previous owner did not do a great job with the vinyl, on top of it having 15 years of use. So it's time to replace it!

    I've found an upholstery...

  • Cool feel interior ripping at seams X24 2019

    Hello

Do you have had problems with the black cool feel interior. My boat has about 450 hours and is from 2019.

The middle back seat starts tear apart. Because Mastercraft boats don’t have a walkthrough, you need to step on the middle seat to get up and on the platform....

2008 X-14 upholstery cushion removal HELP

doea anyone know how to remove the rear cushion on an x-14. You can reach about 4 of the bolts from the rear storage compartment. There are 2 bolts in the rear corners of the boat that are totally inaccessible. There is definitely no room to reach from under the seats Or rear compartment. I may have...

I have always used vinyl sauce and then follow up with Gel Coat All Marine Hi-UV Vinyl Protectant which has worked good but some seats stitching is beginning to crack.

    Fugly 2007 X2 or older X30

So here is my dilemma, I've come across a smokin' deal on a 2007 X2 with 600 hours, seller is asking $25,000 for the boat. Here is the catch. The boat has all brand new interior that is SOLID BLACK and NEON GREEN . It looks horrible. The boat is wrapped in a matching neon green/black wrap...

    Used 1998 X-Star Pricing

I'm looking to get into the Mastercraft family in the near future! I've grown up around boats with I/O's but want to get a family boat that we can surf/wake-board behind mainly. But with some slalom occasionally.

    I've come across a 1998 X-Star locally, not v-drive, that has a new...

Paint stain removal from a vinyl seat.

I recently acquired an X-Series bench seat back that had a huge paint stain dried on the vinyl for months. I was able to remove the entire stain without damaging the seat by using hand sanitizer (denatured alcohol that is easy to work with), a plastic scraper, and a decent amount of elbow grease. ...

Best sunscreen to not stain vinyl

Sorry if this was already in a thread but I couldn't find anything that listed sunscreens that wouldn't stain Vinyl. I know the spray sunscreens are a big no no but are any of the lotion types problematic as well?

I found this on the Internet and it looks like the active ingredient that...

  • Help with another upholstery issue

I've read a lot of the upholstery threads but wanted to get thoughts on my situation. I have a 2008 214. The long seams in the three rear bottom seats have each come apart from being stepped on getting in and out of boat. The rest of the vinyl is still in great shape (not near needing replacement)....

    Vinyl cleaning tips

Pulled my boat out of storage for the winter yesterday to clean it up a little bit and I've noticed quite a bit more mildew(I think) spots on my white interior.. Any products that work better than others for that type of thing? Or just in the vinyl in general?

  • Mold! Best Cleaner and Prevention?

So while its too early for most folks to think about pulling the boat out of storage, here in California it appears that summer has already arrived way too early. While President's Day Weekend should mean we are all headed up to Tahoe and Mammoth to snowboard, this weekend we are going to get 80F weather...
