    Ballast for a 2000 X Star

I was looking for some advice for the 2000 MasterCraft X Star we just purchased. We have the center ballast tank but no additional ballast for our boat. I was looking to surf and wakeboard behind our boat. Do you have any suggested or proven to work ballast set ups for a 2000 X Star? I am also hoping...

Guys, wanted to start a new thread here to keep things clean! We are in the middle of a build of a 2006 X2 and wanted to share progress. We so far have taken out the interior, removed the stock ballast, and are just about done installing some underwater lights. We are creating a YouTube series to make...

  • Hyperlite Varial Exacta 4'6" $1000

Upgraded to the Mothership. The Exacta is cool, Varial boards are really nice. This one is the most mellow out of the Hyperlite Varial boards. Easiest to ride, a little slower than the rest. Lighter than anything else I've ridden. Includes traction and 3.5" fins. I'll ship anywhere in the contiguous...

    Rear Locker Reinforcement

What should be used to reinforce the rear lockers when throwing in the fat sacks? I had one of the sacks rip out the screws on the rear wall. Should i just remove the screws entirely and just let the sacks grow ? Any pictures or links to products would be greatly appreciated!

    X45 Surf Setup 2019

Looking to really dial in the surf setup and make it easier for goofy and regular riders without having to move the sacks around. Currently have two 850's which create an excellent wave heavy loaded one side. Just ordered the SWELL Wakesurf Creator SLIM and am planning on running the 850's in both...

Problem with X26 Wave Getting Smaller

I own a 2016 Mastercraft X26 6.2L with 3000lb ballast. I ride with ballast settings 100-50-100 and trim tabs 0-25-60 at 11.0 mph. We got the boat last year with 3 hours and it would put up a great wave even with just 2 or 3 people on the boat and having no issues staying on it. I put a little over 100...

I have a 2009 X-15, finally got to where I could surf without the rope, but the pocket seems very small and really close to the boat. Any suggestions? I'm about 6'3, 225 so a bigger guy. Can anyone give me an idea if we have a wake shaper , a 550 lb fatsac on the back seat and another 550 lb bag on the surf side of the engine (maybe not filled quite all the way up) if that would be enough to through a decent enough wake to let go of the rope while surfing behind? Like I said we are...
